Dr. Chanda Mulenga, Ph.D. in Biomedical Science from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, is a distinguished infectious disease expert with over 20 years of experience spanning HIV, sexually transmitted infections, and tuberculosis. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated excellence in laboratory systems strengthening, disease surveillance, national policy development, and stakeholder engagement, making a lasting impact on public health both regionally and globally.

As the former Director of Strategy and Partnership and Team Lead for Laboratory Services, Dr. Mulenga played a pivotal role in building strong collaborations, expanding diagnostic capacity, and steering high-impact public health initiatives.
