Bloom Public Health is proud to announce a strategic collaboration with the National Laboratory for Quality Control of Medicines and Expertise (LANACOME) and Origin Technologies FZCO to strengthen pharmaceutical traceability in Cameroon. On January 28, 2025, the three organizations co-hosted a pivotal workshop at the LANACOME Conference Hall in Yaoundé, bringing together industry leaders, public health experts, and key stakeholders to address the pressing issue of pharmaceutical traceability in the region.
The workshop featured prominent figures such as Ikenna Orakwue, Director of Special Projects at Bloom Public Health, and Etiene Kwebe, Programme Manager for Cameroon, alongside representatives from LANACOME and the Cameroonian Ministry of Public Health. Discussions centered on leveraging cutting-edge track and trace solutions developed in partnership with Origin Technologies to safeguard the pharmaceutical supply chain from production to patient.
This collaboration underscores Bloom Public Health’s commitment to enhancing the integrity of pharmaceutical supply chains across Africa, ensuring that quality-assured medicines reach the communities that need them most.
